Inigo, joined fellow Manatee Lil’ Jow at the Seas Pavilion in EPCOT
Inigo, a 1,700-pound manatee, recently arrived at EPCOT’s Seas Pavilion, joining the resident manatee Lil’ Joe as part of a conservation initiative. Rescued with scars from boat propellers, Inigo is now adjusting to his new home in the pavilion, offering guests an opportunity to witness the recovery and rehabilitation of endangered manatees. Unlike his more active tank mate, Inigo has embraced a relaxed lifestyle, often seen lounging in the waters. The exhibit serves as both an educational space and a sanctuary, where visitors can learn about manatee conservation efforts and see firsthand how these gentle giants are being protected.
